About Electrotiles™

Two brothers. One patent. A toy that finally glows.

Electrotiles™ started in two living rooms — Dan's in Texas, Mike's in Florida — with a question we kept hearing from our own kids: why don't the tiles light up?

Magnetic tiles were everywhere. Plain plastic. We wanted the whole tile to glow, the way a kid imagines it should. We wanted strong magnets that snapped on the first try. We wanted no batteries to die mid-tower. And we wanted it to play nicely with the giant pile of Magna-Tiles™ already in the toy bin.

It took us years and more prototypes than we'd like to admit. The breakthrough was a power tile that feeds the build through the magnetic connections themselves — plug one in, attach the rest, and the whole structure lights up. The more tiles you connect, the brighter the chain.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office agreed it was novel: U.S. Patent No. 12,528,025 issued on January 20, 2026. We are the inventors. We're also the customer service team. If you call or text (239) 448-1851, you'll get one of us or someone who reports to one of us.

Electrotiles™ is family-owned and 100% engineered and supported in the United States. We stand behind every tile we ship. If something's wrong, tell us — we'll make it right.

Thanks for letting us light up your kids' creativity.
